About Matt's Education
Matt's Education is an enrichment centre specialising in English, Maths and Science classes for primary and secondary levels. We have always been steadfast in our belief that the enjoyment of childhood and pursuit of academic success can be in the same melting pot. Currently, we have two outlets - Jurong West and Clementi.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our social media and brand awareness outreach. The candidate would also take up some day-to-day administrative and curriculum development work.

Job Description
- Identify social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase user growth and engagement
- Grow the social media profile of the company, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok.
- Conceptualising, managing, and implementing all marcom initiatives, including content creation for website and social media
- Work independently on lead generation & follow-up campaigns
- Assist with day-to-day operations such as liaison with parents and students, scheduling and collection of tuition fees.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Administration or equivalent
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective team player and able to work independently under tight schedules
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop / Illustrator, Video Editing
- Good writing / editing skills and knowledge in photo/video editing apps would be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends
