About Matt's Education
Matt's Education is an enrichment centre specialising in English, Maths and Science classes for primary and secondary levels. We have always been steadfast in our belief that the enjoyment of childhood and pursuit of academic success can be in the same melting pot. Currently, we have two outlets - Jurong West and Clementi.
We are looking for a candidate with expertise in day-to-day administrative and curriculum development work.

Job Description
- Assist in the day to day running of the centre
- Handle enquiries, registrations and walk ins
- Maintain administrative orderliness of all documentation and records
- Graphic design and copywriting for social media posts and advertisements
- Curriculum development, including the creation of simple educational materials like notes and worksheets
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Proficiency in design and video editing software (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro) will lend favourable consideration
- Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting as a front-line staff
- Able to work weekends (4 weekdays 1 weekend)
