- Well versed in all aspects of the hotel guestrooms and facilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to learn and pick-up Delphi FDC and HMS systems easily
- To assist with enquiry calls for prospect guestrooms/ corporate events and handling of telephone calls and accurately take messages, new enquiries, check room availability for both functions & guest rooms.
- To be able to qualify leads received for prospect guests, group bookings and corporate events and obtain the necessary information to formulate a proposal.
- Proficient in Sales Pricing guidelines and knowledge in minimum spending and package inclusions
- Ensuring all incoming calls and email correspondences are forwarded to the respective managers upon receipt and assist with email proposal responses within 24 hours
- Check function and guestroom availability for site inspections.
- Conduct site inspections in the absence of Sales Managers
- Assist in preparation of Guestrooms Forecast to be communicated to operation departments
- Assist in ensuring that Guestrooms bookings are in place
- To ensure that the Sales Office is clean and tidy with sufficient office supplies for the team&
- Assist with any other reasonable duties required by Sales Team.
