Responsibilities

- Handle after sales customer service enquires, feedbacks, requests and follow-ups

- Coordination of delivery schedule with customers and delivery team

- Create Purchase Orders and Deliver Orders, Receive goods

- In-Store Stock Management

- Ad hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements

- Love giving Positive Client Experiences and resolving Customer Service-related issues

- Meticulous, Confident and Effective Team Player

- Strong Communications Skills
