Makeway Pacific Pte. Ltd. – HR Executive

We are seeking a qualified HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions of the company and ensuring smooth operations. This role will involve managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
3. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
5. Coordinate employee training and development programs
6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
7. Handle HR-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field

Proven experience working in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or similar position

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
