Founded by Eric Kayser in 1996, Maison Kayser is an authentic artisanal French Bakery… Meaning that in Paris, Singapore and other 24 countries in the world, artisan bakers from Maison Kayser start baking in-house early in the morning, using natural leaven and long fermentation process to come up with the best quality days after days.
Eric Kayser’s bakeries propose a wide selection of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, baked goods and snacks from the French classics to more exotic creations.
Attached to traditions but in tune with the time, Eric Kayser has renewed the very concept of bakery by creating original venues and new gastronomic codes: Corner shops, retail bakeries, bakery-café for quick bite and Restaurant du Boulanger where Bread sets the menu.
Service crew members prepare and serve food, process customer payments, and provide customer service.
Restaurants primarily hire service crew members to work full.
Service crew members work in a team-oriented environment with other service crew staff members, and typically report to the shift manager, assistant manager, and manager. Service crew members work within the restaurant itself, and do not travel outside the property to perform their regular work duties.
Service Crew Duties and Responsibilities
Service crew members perform daily duties that change depending on the number of customers they serve and the number of other staff members present to assist with work tasks.
Process Payments
Service crew members process cash, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
Interact with Customers
Service crew members respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed.
Use Selling Techniques
Service crew members use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
Clean
Service crew members keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
Maintain Stock
Service crew members stock work and customer areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.
Greet Customers
Service crew members greet customers who enter the business and answer phone calls from customers.
Fill Food Orders
Service crew members assist with food prep and cooking to fill customer orders.
Serve Food
Service crew members serve food to customers.
