From 2017, Maison Ace has been passionate about bringing the best Japanese kitchen appliances that combine both beauty and functionality to the sunny shores of Singapore! Our little team has been growing rapidly since and we now carry a range of brands such as Aladdin Sengoku, BRUNO and Vitantonio; as well as a selection of cookware and accessories to pair with.
We are looking for a Business Development and Operations Intern to join our small family; to learn and grow with each other!
- Assist in managing retailer relationships and order fulfilment process of retailers from end-to-end (packing, liaising with delivery partners, etc.)
- Overlooking eStore management and order fulfilment in terms of restocking and operations
- Assist in product inventory tracking and perform improvement analysis when applicable
- Analyze reports or do store visits to improve overall customer service, experience and satisfaction
- Conceptualizing and executing in-store displays for retail stores and distributors (Visual Merchandising)
- Develop and source for POP & materials based on seasonal promotion & Marketing direction
- Planning and organising logistics for brand’s event
Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:
- Commit full time from Feb 2020, for a minimum of 3 months.
- Must be Singaporean or PR
- Polytechnics graduates and JC graduates are welcome to apply!
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good command of English
- Past experience in retail will be a plus but not a necessity
