Our Client an International Leading Fashion MNC Company currently is looking for a Merchandising Admin to assist the internal department to manage the execution of the regional markets strategy and operations with the team.


Job Description

• Leading Fashion MNC Company
• Training provided
• 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to maintain & update SEA Stock request files
  • Monitor stock receiving for auto-replenishment & shipments
  • Stock adjustment
  • Freeze inventory for stock take, download scanner data and reconcile the discrepancy
  • Check negative stocks and transfers in transit
  • Updating in stock reconciliation report for above related

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible, reliable with high initiative and a positive attitude
  • Fast learner and Independent
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications eg. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Excellent Detailed Orientated
  • Effective team player
