Our Client an International Leading Fashion MNC Company currently is looking for a Merchandising Admin to assist the internal department to manage the execution of the regional markets strategy and operations with the team.

Job Description

• Leading Fashion MNC Company
• Training provided
• 5 days work week

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to maintain & update SEA Stock request files
Monitor stock receiving for auto-replenishment & shipments
Stock adjustment
Freeze inventory for stock take, download scanner data and reconcile the discrepancy
Check negative stocks and transfers in transit
Updating in stock reconciliation report for above related

Job Requirements:

Responsible, reliable with high initiative and a positive attitude
Fast learner and Independent
Knowledge in MS Office applications eg. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Excellent Detailed Orientated
Effective team player
