Job Description

A day in the life of Human Resources Intern: 

  • Provides operational support on the full spectrum of HR
  • Payroll administration and documentation
  • Understand the company HR policies and provide support and answers to employees' queries.
  • Assists to initiate, plan and implement people-related/engagement activities
  • Participate in regional HR Initiatives and Projects
  • Any other projects as assigned

Professional Experience/Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology or HR
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Creative problem solver, able to think out of the box, with the ability to deliver results
  • Driven to deliver personal best
  • Independent with ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy with minimally intermediate competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
