LIXL Global Design Asia team is looking for creative and motivated interns to take part in its Creative Educational Program. The program integrates students into the complete design process of a project. Working with an international team of 12+ Senior and Lead Designers, Creative Directors and Managers, successful applicants will gain practical experience in a multi-cultural environment with a multiple award-winning team.
Create and translate new design and experiences ideas into sketches, high-quality renderings, prototypes, and models under the guidance of an experienced Senior/Lead Designer
Support Senior/Lead Designers on concrete projects by attending brainstorming sessions, creating prototypes and presentation deliverables that may include sketches, user scenarios, high-quality renderings
Research into design, social and technological trends as well as consumer segments, and market competitors to inspire the team
Who can apply?
Postgraduates or undergraduates in their final year in their final year of Product/Industrial Design studies with some of the following qualities and skills:
A portfolio of meaningful designs that proves solid design skills and forward thinking
Strong interest in creating and visualizing impactful design concepts
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing and engineering processes
Good sketching skills, both hand-drawn and digital
Ability to apply and effectively utilize 2D and 3D tools: Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks or Rhinoceros and Keyshot
A passion for design, technology, and an active lifestyle
A team-oriented, positive and constructive attitude A good command of English both verbal and written
