Job Description

Project Operations Analyst / Executive - Contract To Permanent


Exciting opportunity for candidates at Entry Level! We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional analytical skills to join us as Project Operations Analyst/Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To manage the opportunity management for selected markets
  • Bring a step change in the process of lead generation, identification of new leads, assigning project leads to the right sales people according to brand matrix and input from project management
  • Improve the pipeline quality through monitoring projects progress.
    1) converting leads into opportunity;
    2) cooperate with sales on pipeline update and forecast;
    3) Regular report to support market team on performance review (pipeline report/ KA report and Ad-Hoc reporting when necessary)

Required Education and Experience

  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant experience of 1- 2 years preferred
  • Minimum with a Diploma or any relevant professional certifications   
  • Able to multi-task, is meticulous, with initiative and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
