Job Description
  • Conduct research on the latest Human Resource trends, sourcing methods and technology. 
  • Have a good understanding of everyone’s roles across the various departments. 
  • Compile and review data to provide valuable insights for key employee metrics. 
  • Perform research tasks with a view to gathering data pertaining to industry, company and customer trends. 
  • Analyse metrics and propose recommendations to drive projected targets. 
  • Assist in coordinating the entire intern management process from posting on job boards, on-boarding and subsequent off-boarding of potential interns. 
  • Plan for future recruitment framework, and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
