Service Crew (One Fullerton or Orchard Gateway)
- Answer phone calls and take down Customer's reservation details.
- Greet Customers walk-in and co-ordinate restaurant seating arrangements
- Clean and arranging of utensils in order.
- Take orders and serve food & drinks accordingly
- Understand menu and present it to customers
- Maintain professional image.
- Ensure smooth operation work flow
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
