Job Description

About the role:

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Duties would include: generating leads, managing clients, submitting RFPs/RFIs and related sales documents, collaborating with other sales personnel to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate list to contact or call for sales.
  • Able to engage minimum of 5 new clients for every work day.
  • Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Create strong relationships with client.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales.
  • Able to create report or proposal to close the sales.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Possess the capability to generate new leads.
  • Educational attainment is not required. Prefer to have a proven track record in sales & marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of sales force effectiveness, project management and implementation.
  • Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
