Lingua Technologies International Pte Ltd – Admin Assistant

To support all aspect of administrative duties in the day-to-day operations. 

1. Support weekly import of accounting data from project management platform to MYOB.
2. Daily recording of receipts and generate weekly accounts receivable report for debtors ageing review and collection follow up.
3. Assist in payment scheduling which including issue of payment vouchers, performing online payment transactions, run bank errands when necessary.
4. Handling cash transactions, cash collection from client, process petty cash claims and maintain track records. 
5. Liaises with sales consultants and project managers to gather documents and information.
6. Manage filing and archiving of accounts and project folders electronically and hardcopy as necessary.
7. Handling of incoming calls and attending to visitors.
8. Handling courier service arrangement and sorting of daily in-coming and out-going mails.
9. Upkeep and maintain human resources records such as leave records, issuance of keys, stationery requisition, update of P-files etc.
10. Ad hoc duties as necessary.
