Job Description

Responsibilities – Hospitality Docent / Customer Service Operations 

  • To provide excellent guest services
  • To plan, setup & lead a tour
  • Develop business plan and implement strategies
  • Responsible for daily operations of venue, e.g., registration, opening and closing SOPs
  • Responsible for handling guests enquiries and problems
  • Ensure venue is properly maintained
  • Capable candidates may be given leadership roles
  • Report and support Supervisor
  • Other responsibilities that may arise

Requirements 

  • Be punctual
  • A BIG SMILE all the times
  • Immaculate grooming at all times
  • Can do attitude
  • Passionate, energetic & innovative work culture
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, Msc
  • Good command of the English Language. Other languages will be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
  • Some work experience is favourable but not necessary
  • Attire – Ladies: Neat bun or tied hair. No dye. Black skirt suit and white blouse. Black heels with stockings
  • Attire – Guys: Neatly trimmed and combed hair (with gel preferable). Black suit with white shirt and tie. Black shoes and black socks.
