While we can't promise you a high-paying consulting job just yet, we can promise a fun and fulfilling learning opportunity that could lead to a full-time role when you graduate. Your internship with us will be execution-biased from Day 1 with you supporting us with client project delivery work and exciting internal projects that will require you to be exposed to the latest HR thought leadership and methodologies that top-tier consulting firms apply.
In addition to having you support us with real client projects, we are also looking for someone who is highly creative and ideally has design and wordpress expertise to help develop internal marketing collateral and refresh our website.
While this is advertised as an internship post, we are also open to having you onboard part-time or as a freelancer if your skills and experience match what we need for upcoming projects.

The Right Candidate | Creative. Analytical. Digitally-Savvy
You are creative. You have a knack for design and possess the creativity to help support with the development of our marketing collateral. Experience with powerpoint, design software and UI / UX will be advantageous. We are also looking to refresh our website so those experienced with wordpress will be strongly considered.
You are analytical. You will be dealing with numbers and process maps so having a logical and analytical mindset will be advantageous. Those with data analytics and HR recruitment experience will also be strongly considered to support with our upcoming projects.
You are a techie at heart. Most of our projects involve some form of digital platform implementation. In addition, we also have internal projects that include the development of a chatbot service. Experience or skills in coding and HR tech platforms will be advantageous.
Above all, you have an excellent attitude. You believe that your personal growth is defined by how much you’ve invested in your own success.
