Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Analytics Intern. The purpose of this role is to support the Director, Marketplace Insights AMA in developing and establishing within LS&Co. AMA marketing effectiveness and tracking best practice through data reporting, visualization and advanced analytics. He / She will work in close partnership with Marketing, IT, Retail, e-Commerce and CRM partners in the region.

  • Successfully establish the Marketing Effectiveness Tracker (MET) across all the markets in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMA)
  • Identify clear KPIs and processes to measure LS&CO. Marketing Effectiveness
  • Partner with IT for the integration of the various relevant data sources into the database
  • Liaise with all the various data source providers to build the data integration process (i.e. marketing activities and spend, social media listening, e-Commerce, store traffic and transaction, CRM)
  • Create the Marketing KPI dashboard in partnership with IT, marketing and key commercial stakeholders
  • Identify the best approach to identify marketing activities ROI
  • Coordinate and track the project progress against the agreed deliverables and timeline
  • Roll out the marketing dashboard (MET) across AMA and train the local marketing teams
  • Regularly collect end users feedback and identify area of improvement of the marketing dashboard

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Statistic, Econometrics, Applied Analytics or similar
  • Experience in working on projects related to data integration and visualization
  • Proven track record in developing marketing and/or retail dashboards preferred

Functional Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of statistic, modelling and advance analytics
  • Analytics tools experience (such as R, SQL, Pandas)
  • Digitally savvy
  • Data science - Experience performing analysis with large datasets
  • Good organization and project management skills required

This is a full-time internship position which will require leave of absence (LOA) and a minimum commitment period of 6 months from January 2018 to June 2018. Please apply only if you are able to commit for the full period.
