Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Trainee to strengthen our regional Marketing team and help us elevate our marketing activities during 20/21. About the Position
Lendela’s marketing activities are a key factor for the company’s continuous growth, and the Marketing Trainee will therefore play an important role in Lendela’s future success. You will support the CMO with both smaller tasks and long-term strategic planning. The role will be part of Lendela’s regional team, report to the company CMO, and based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
As Marketing Trainee, you will work regionally (focusing on Singapore and Hong Kong) with both online and offline marketing initiatives. Tasks will include marketing channel support, production of marketing material, and communication with external parties such as marketing agencies and strategic partners. Continuous reporting and analysis of performance data will also be part of the day-to-day work.
About You
You have a great interest in the dynamics of advertisement, communication and customer behaviour, and hold a bachelor degree in marketing, communications or similar. Experience from marketing activities focusing on customer acquisition is not expected but meritorious. Even though you are comfortable working on a regional basis, you possess a deeper understanding of at least one of the two Lendela markets (Singapore and Hong Kong) in terms of culture, people and customs. You are a fast learner, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess attention to detail. You are fluent in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.
