Overview
As the HR Intern, you will support and learn about the execution and fundamentals of Human Resources processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities for direct labors’ hiring such as job postings, profile sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in onboarding activities such as prepare of letter of appointment, documents collection, Work Pass administration, etc
- Arrange employees P-file, update of employees' personal record in excel and HR application.
- Assist in Company's event and activities Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
- Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements
- Student will be involved in the automation of some of the work processes and eliminate human errors. The student will be equipped with the framework and tools for creating the RPA robots. The student shall apply the knowledge gained to create a personal (un)attended robot using UiPath.
