Job Description

Job Duties:

• Inform Executive Chef/ sous-chef on a daily basis with relevant information for operational and personal matters.
• Can work solitary and still meet the expected target of production accordingly to orders under controlled and very hygienic kitchen standards.
• Ensure that the products are produced accordingly to the provided recipes.
• Pack the finished products accordingly to guidelines for outlets in a professional manner that makes it clear for the drivers what to pick up and for which location.
• Mark all finished products with labels indicating shelf life.
• Implement the FIFO system for all inventory
• Do inventory count on a monthly basis for raw goods and finished products.
• Hygiene – ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times. Follow cleaning schedules and routines.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned

Experience:
• 1 year minimum in bakery and pastry
