Job Description

I am one of the co-founders of the business and I am looking to hire a researcher to work with me recruiting experienced hires for our clients. My clients are based in Singapore and the Middle East and recruit individuals from all over the world. I am looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, hard working, well presented, motivated by money and ambitious.

For this role, I would prefer if you were studying for a degree in finance or banking or similar related field as you will have an understanding of the roles I recruit for which range from Private Equity positions through to Operations and Trade Finance roles. 

You need to be confident enough to pick up the phone and call 50 people in a day whom you do not know and find out about their professional background and what new job opportunities they are open to. Time is money and I will train you but I need to you pick things up quickly and be proactive and even come up with solutions yourself.

Again requirements include:

Excellent personal presentation and verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Positive work attitude.

Outgoing, ambitious, creative, hardworking character.
