Job Description
- Bimonthly reconciliation of credit card reports for ecommerce & inflight sales.
- To upload the credit card slips (inflight), invoice & delivery order (MO) via payment gateway on chargeback.
- To liaise, check and process credit card refunds received from Customer Service.
- To liaise with AR in-charge on bank reconciliation.
- Prepare credit card Journals, post sales credit notes and miscellaneous receipts.
- Monthly submission of Miles redemption report to holding company.
- Monthly submission of commission report to related company.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in retail industry.
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment.
