Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Administer all documentation for Account Payable related transactions.
- Sorting of tax invoices to match with purchase order and delivery order.
- Reconciling monthly Statement of account and follow up with vendor.
- Perform administrative tasks in filing, data entry and documents processing.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Accounts Supervisor.
Requirements: -
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic (D365) would be an advantage
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
