Senior HR Executive / HR Executive (6 Months Contract)
Provide support on HR Operations and Administration to the HR Business Partners/Managers with emphasis on Training and Recruitment
Training
- Organize training for operational staff
- Where appropriate, conduct training using pre-developed materials
- Training records update; liaising with external parties such as training providers, government bodies etc
Recruitment
- Post jobs on various channels
- Screen and select candidate; organize interviews
- Recruitment administration for offers, work pass, medical check-up etc
- Liaising with external parties such as vendors, agencies and government bodies to explore sourcing opportunities
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management
- At least 2-4 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience; with proficient knowledge on local employment legislation
- Meticulous and highly organized to manage tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team players
