Job Description
Learn Business Development Processes by completing training programs and subsequently on job training and tasks.
Observe Sales Processes by attending appointments with Business Development Executives.
Learn different business development styles by completing the rotation in understudying the different Senior Client Engagements.
Practicing sales processes by calling on existing and then cold outreach; adhering to established sales steps.
Accomplishing sales and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Assist in ad-hoc administrative activities assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Independent, and able to work alone with minimal supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
Results-driven
Knowledge of MS Office would be good
A related field of experience (Bonus)
