Retail Store Admin Roles
- Monthly sales report (stores)
- Consolidate Sparks (loyalty points) report
- Monthly sales report (supplier)
- Consolidate major points report
- Order of supplies
- Create new items' barcode to Jewel backend
- Create barcode if items are without barcode (supplier or own)
Marketplace Listing Roles
- List into all major e-commerce marketplaces
Office & Warehouse Roles
- Issue invoices to wholesales customers after receiving their monthly report
- Pack of wholesales order
- Inventory update at the warehouse (wholesales or stores)
- Create New items list to wholesale customers
- Consolidate delivery records Monthly
- Create Delivery Order
- Stock Take
- Help co-workers online or marketplace fulfilment.
- Help in warehousing when necessary
- Co-ordinate Deliveries and Create Delivery Record
- Minimum O/A level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
- Good communication skills, mature and willing to learn
- With some administrative / warehouse experience are preferred
- Singaporeans/SPRs only
- 5 days work week (strictly from 9 am - 6 pm) including 1-hour lunch
- Salary $1800-2000 per month
