Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Retail Store Admin Roles

  • Monthly sales report (stores)
  • Consolidate Sparks (loyalty points) report
  • Monthly sales report (supplier)
  • Consolidate major points report
  • Order of supplies
  • Create new items' barcode to Jewel backend
  • Create barcode if items are without barcode (supplier or own)

 Marketplace Listing Roles

  • List into all major e-commerce marketplaces

Office & Warehouse Roles

  • Issue invoices to wholesales customers after receiving their monthly report
  • Pack of wholesales order
  • Inventory update at the warehouse (wholesales or stores)
  • Create New items list to wholesale customers
  • Consolidate delivery records Monthly
  • Create Delivery Order
  • Stock Take
  • Help co-workers online or marketplace fulfilment.
  • Help in warehousing when necessary
  • Co-ordinate Deliveries and Create Delivery Record

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum O/A level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good communication skills, mature and willing to learn
  • With some administrative / warehouse experience are preferred
  • Singaporeans/SPRs only
  • 5 days work week (strictly from 9 am - 6 pm) including 1-hour lunch
  • Salary $1800-2000 per month
