Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Research Intern to support the Singapore team in executing search assignments for key clients across the APAC region. You will work on a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth planning and execution of the executive daily agenda. You will be part of a fast-paced team within an exciting work environment.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven and motivated, with significant attention to details in all tasks assigned. The ability to develop a trusting relationship with the Management and Executives while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality is very critical in this role.

As a Research Intern, you will be trained on end-to-end recruitment processes from conducting interviews to executing key searches using various recruitment tools and market mapping for talent in the region.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will be as follows:

  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
  • Understand the needs of the team or the identified hiring organisations
  • Create clear and useful reports and recommendations for the team and organisational use
  • Interpret markets and research data to derive clear objective insights for the team
  • To qualify, screen and present profiles to the consulting team
  • Utilize a wide variety of channels to market map talent including social networking, advertising & marketing as well as headhunting
  • Database administration and updating

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Candidates should also be professionally ethical while on the job
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Customer-service oriented
