Our key product is a wearable medical device intended to be used by clinicians to monitor the progress of patients undergoing orthopedic surgeries and deliver quality care. We combine advanced sensor technology with intuitive software platforms to track, coach and monitor the patient during the entire continuum of care (pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative). The platform eases patient-clinician interaction and provides comprehensive and actionable recovery information. This makes recovery faster by improving patient compliance, raises clinician productivity, improves patient engagement, revenue and profitability for the care-providers. Besides, patients experience evidence-based recovery from the comfort of their home, which is fun and effective.

Our sales channels include collaboration with major healthcare clusters in Singapore on clinical projects spanning outcome studies, validation studies, novel clinical intervention design, novel data-set collection studies using our proprietary wearable medical device. It also includes the sale of wearables and test kits on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Amazon, Shoppee, Q10 and Carousell. It also includes attaining partnerships with various physiotherapy clinics and fitness centers by providing their clients with personalized recommendations on nutrition, diet and training regimes based on results from Kinexcs’ test kits analyzed by leading laboratories in the industry. Finally, it also includes a physiotherapy ‘marketplace’ for patient and physiotherapists. We’re now in an exciting period where we’re pushing our products to first paying customers and collecting their feedback to further validate and optimize our sales strategies.

Job Description
  • Take charge of our company’s e-commerce platforms including (but not limited to) product listing, derivation of price points, optimizing logistical processes, direct interaction with customers, gathering feedback and evaluating the company’s performance on these platforms
  • Actively seek and convert leads through our sales pipeline and other business development and marketing campaigns which you will be involved in
  • Monitor and improve upon current sales strategies by preparing and pitching to team members including the CEO and Co-founders
  • Carry out daily activities of the company and learning about the health/med-tech business environment

Requirements

  • Familiar with Office tools (Powerpoint, Microsoft, Google Hangouts, Google Drive)
  • Familiar with E-commerce either as a seller (preferable) or a buyer 
  • Having a good command of the English Language (Proficiency in a 2nd Language is a plus!)
  • Personal Characteristics - Strong leadership, a team player, adaptability, creativity, an adventurous spirit
