Kin Productions Pte Ltd – Project Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Executive, to assist and manage events as we expand our services in the Sports scene in Singapore. As the pandemic subsides, we are gearing up to prepare for the mass return of large-scale physical sports events. This is a1.5 months contract role starting from 1 November 2022 to 6 December 2022, with the possibility to convert to full-time, starting in Jan 2023.

You will work closely with the Project Manager on various projects and assist in delivering the event smoothly. You will liaise with contractors to effectively communicate the project requirements and learn how to manage/communicate with clients. You will be involved in the event from planning to execution of event, by learning the technical knowledge required of sports event build (eg: Game-specific requirements according to international sports federation standards) and witness it being constructed from scratch.

The ideal candidate would be a team player, responsible, excellent communication skills, think outside the box, can work under pressure, and get things done in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work on weekends and public holidays nearer to the event date, and when required, due to the nature of the events industry.
