Job Description
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, records, and statements.
  • Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in auditing procedures by preparing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records in an orderly manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial data.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial data analysis.
