Job Description

The  Intern/Graduate Trainee  Programme  is  designed  to  provide  students/graduates in  an  applicable  field  the opportunity to gain valuable experience by combining theoretical knowledge obtained through their degree and practical supervised training at Ketchum Singapore. Interns/Trainees will be assigned to work on various accounts in the corporate, technology, brand marketing, and travel sectors. They will support the account team in various communication initiatives, which include:

  • Media monitoring and analysis
  • Content development: Draft media pitches, press releases, factsheets, media profiles
  • Research: Conduct various research for new or existing clients, projects, tenders or pitches
  • Digital engagement: Develop social media calendars and community management
  • Event coordination: Assist in coordinating events, production & merchandising for clients or projects
  • New business development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas for new and existing clients
  • Client Meetings: Attend meetings where appropriate and attend client meetings with Team Manager
  • Documentation: Compile monthly reports and case studies as required for clients and or internal updates

Requirements (specific specialisation, if any, language skills, computer skills, etc.):

  • English and ideally a second language.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A team player, with good verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative problem solving and good research skills
