Job Description
  1. Learning Admin: from planning to design and eventual delivery of learning plans/ programmes/ events 
  2. Design & Development:
    (a) Media production & editing - Familiarity with simple editing applications
    (b) Learning related infographics & e-collaterals for internal communications
    (c) Other content design for learning 
  3. Marketing Keppel Digital Learning: help with launching learning campaigns to promote and drive learning in the organization 
  4. Content Curation:
    (a) External content sourcing
    (b) Internal content creation in various media formats 
  5. Learning Analytics: measure success of digital learning using various parameters and create training dashboard to visualize KPIs 
  6. Research on the latest learning technologies in the industry 
  7. Manage the Learning SharePoint site and other administrative matters
