Job Description
- Support HR on Foreign Worker's Welfare.
- Prepare Work Permit and renewal, Course, Insurance, etc
- Check and prepare foreign worker's payroll
- Provide support for general office
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Create and modify Quotation, Purchase Order, Receive Order. Suppliers Invoices.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers.
- Prepare monthly expenses claim
- Other duties when required.
