Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Handle all new and/or existing customer's appointment bookings.
• Attend walk-in customers at the outlet.
• Assist all customer enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.
• Manage outlet POS System for all transactions.
• Handle monetary receipts and payments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
