Marketing Communications Intern
The marketing team at Kacific is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to add new customers and ensure brand visibility in all levels of the targeted markets. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Channel Management, Public Relations, Partnerships and Offline Marketing and Design. The marketing team works with regional and sales teams for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets.
Digital Marketing
- Activity manage social media channels to engage followers and share new developments in different markets
- Create campaigns for key products, track campaign performance, generate insights, leads and provide recommendations
- Consolidate social media channel reports and coordinate with the sales team to support the process
- Participate and provide ideas for developing effective social media strategies
Channel Management
- Be creative and work with regional partners to brainstorm, develop, and execute partner marketing materials to support regional presence and sales
- Collaborate with partners to develop effective content for better brand awareness in different markets
- Engage with designers to create attentive designs that are aligned with the brand identity for partners
Public Relations
- Basic understanding of public relations
- Conduct and compile customer testimonials to share with different channels
- Assist in the preparation and vetting of all countries' PR materials (e.g. press releases, presentations)
- Assist in the compilation of regular public relations report
Requirements
- Currently studying in a recognized university, preferably pursuing a degree in journalism, PR or marketing related major
- Basic knowledge of media industry, influencer pool and social media
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa is desirable
