1. Customer Relations Officer [Telesales] ($1750 + Comm)
- Educate customers on the available bank services/loans over the phone
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing ones through follow up calls
- Engage and build good relationship with customers
2. Bank Sales Officer [Direct Sales] ($2510 + Comm)
- Promote and upsell bank facilities and personal loans at bank branches and roadshows
- Provide good customer service by promptly handling pre and post sales enquiries
- Process customers' applications and documents in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Sales-driven and sensitive to customers’ needs
- With or without experience are welcome
