JOB DESCRIPTION
- To ensure the smooth operation of a fine dining Japanese restaurant, achieving customers’ satisfaction and responding effectively to customers’ feedback.
- Able to motivate teamwork and generate passion for excellence in service standards among the service crew and kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant certificates/diplomas in hospitality management.
- Possess minimum 3 years of F&B experience in a supervisory/management role operating an independent restaurant (outside of hotel and fast food segments).
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in banquet/catering F&B services.
- Well groomed with a strong passion in the F&B industry.
- A team player with good leadership skills and a good track record in customer service.
- Self-motivated, resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity.
