Job Description

Role Description:

  • Performs good project management with include testing & commissioning and general servicing activities.
  • Conducts routine communications with customers, sales, design team and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compilation and submission of all documentations including Quality Assurance & EHS as required as per the project requirements

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of marine fire systems
  • Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project contractual terms and conditions
  • Manage project budget on costing of materials and labor, etc
  • Attend clarification or site meetings and prepare progress report
  • Compilation and submission of all documentations as required as per the project requirements
  • Able to travel overseas as required by Company

Competencies:

  • Able to understand JCI Fire detection, Fire & Gas Detection, Fire Protection and Gas Suppression system operating principles and perform program logic, matrix and hydraulic calculations.
  • Able to provide technical assistance for JCI Fire Detection, Protection and Suppression systems.
  • Able to work with inter-department functions, eg: sales, operations, engineering, service, finance, procurement, EHS, etc.

Duration:

6 Months

Allowance:

$2500 (both Fresh entry & Mid career switch)

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Marine/Nautical Studies/Engineering
  • Fresh Entry: Graduated not more than 1 year ago
  • Mid career switches: Individuals with the competencies stated above
  • Singapore Citizen/PR
