Role Description:
- Performs good project management with include testing & commissioning and general servicing activities.
- Conducts routine communications with customers, sales, design team and subcontractors as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compilation and submission of all documentations including Quality Assurance & EHS as required as per the project requirements
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of marine fire systems
- Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the projects
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project contractual terms and conditions
- Manage project budget on costing of materials and labor, etc
- Attend clarification or site meetings and prepare progress report
- Compilation and submission of all documentations as required as per the project requirements
- Able to travel overseas as required by Company
Competencies:
- Able to understand JCI Fire detection, Fire & Gas Detection, Fire Protection and Gas Suppression system operating principles and perform program logic, matrix and hydraulic calculations.
- Able to provide technical assistance for JCI Fire Detection, Protection and Suppression systems.
- Able to work with inter-department functions, eg: sales, operations, engineering, service, finance, procurement, EHS, etc.

6 Months
Allowance:
$2500 (both Fresh entry & Mid career switch)

- Diploma/Bachelor's in Marine/Nautical Studies/Engineering
- Fresh Entry: Graduated not more than 1 year ago
- Mid career switches: Individuals with the competencies stated above
