Integration support for Johnson Controls Digital Solutions based on understanding Building Operation Technology, Hardware and Software training and Adoption
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with DS Lead Engineer in site co-ordination, planning, execution of Digital Projects from inception to closure
2. Support Customer Success Manager with Quality assurance & Quality control activities based on Customer Success Metrics(Training will be provided)
3. Identify & Minimize gaps and ensure on-time deliverables with zero critical defects(Training will be provided)
4. Report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, along with project management team to relevant stakeholders
5. Coordinate with Solution architecture Team and product owner for technology evaluation POCs and perform trade-offs between implementation, schedule and cost and resource constraints
6. Responsible for weekly status report and monthly Ops reviews for stakeholders
Qualifications/Skills required:
1. Pursuing Education in Engineering or IT Field (Poly Students are welcomed to apply)
2. Hands-on Knowledge on Microsoft Office
3. Proficient in English Language with good writing skills
