Job Description
- Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and establishing new customers
- Managing all aspect of sales engagement and account management
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quota
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Forecasts and tracks customer account metrics
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers
- Keep records of customer transactions
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the HR industry
- Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Possess very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
