Job Description
  • Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and establishing new customers
  • Managing all aspect of sales engagement and account management
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quota
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Forecasts and tracks customer account metrics
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers
  • Keep records of customer transactions
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the HR industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment 
  • Possess very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
