Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Review resumes and applications to pre‑screen candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and interest
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination
- Send follow‑up emails, feedback, and next steps post‑interview
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date recruitment records
Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels or Local Polytechnic Diploma
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
