Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support our management team. You will help with scheduling, communication, and daily administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Organize meetings and take notes when needed.
Assist with expense tracking and simple reporting.
Support the team with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
