Ji-Move specializes in the manufacture and distribution of electric bicycles in Singapore and abroad. Our company is comprised of young engineers who wanted to take their passion a step further, and make their mark in the heavily saturated ebike market. As our company expands beyond Asian borders, we would like to invite young, like-minded individuals to grow with us.
We are seeking candidates with an interest in, or strong disposition for social media management and online marketing. Here are the tasks you will be expected to handle:
- Create a social media content calendar for our organization
- Maintain/schedule regular postings on company social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok; ideally looking at 4 posts + 4 stories per week)
- Create and distribute EDM marketing content (Weekly newsletters via Klaviyo)
- Write and upload ebike related blogposts (2-3 blogposts per week, 800~1000 words each. Can hire freelancers on Upwork to complete the job, you'll just need to proofread and upload these articles)
- Engage with the ebike community on various platforms (Ebike forums, Reddit)
- Review the performance of past FB/Google ad campaigns, and improve on future campaigns (We mainly require proofreading and content suggestions, as we already have in-house ad consultants)
And here are our requirements for the role:
- A good command of English (must be able to speak and write fluently)
- Willing to learn about the ebike industry as a whole, and familiarize yourself with the technical specifications of our products
- Able to navigate and use social media effectively, and align content visuals with our company's aesthetic
- High attention to detail- we have a disproportionate number of Virgos on the team (i jest!)
- Open to learning new, efficient ways of doing things
- Resourceful and proactive- we want you to develop the confidence to make certain judgment calls on your own 🙂
Other skills we're looking out for:
- Proficiency in video/photo editing software is a plus, but not mandatory
- Marketing/design background is a plus, but not mandatory
- Prior knowledge about ebikes will help you settle in much more quickly 🙂
Internship length and remuneration can be discussed, we are a very flexible company that doesn't rely on traditional markers to gauge your performance. If all goes well, we're also keen on offering you an opportunity to join us as a full-timer.
