RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Marketing Department in regular daily duties, particularly scheduling of photo shoots and liaison with external parties
- Management of photo library and handling photo requests
- Co-ordination with photographers to ensure photo requirements are fulfilled
- Conduct internet searches to compile regular news reports or insights
- Participate in the coordination process, dealing with internal marketing requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Polytechnic or Undergraduate University Student, preferably specialising in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration with great interest in advertising and brands
- Excellent communicator and a keen eye for detail
- Responsible work ethic and good team player
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Fully computer literate, with perfect command of MS office applications. Web/CMS knowledge would be a plus
- Professional attitude and common sense are also a must to handle daily responsibilities
