Job Description

Main task:
1) Corporate partner– Ensure partner’s needs, expectation and problem encountered are addressed; Handle the disagreement, disappointments and frustrations etc.
2) Government agencies– Work closely with government agencies for financial gain and customer satisfaction e.g Liaise with Interbank system Fast to be linked to e-payment scene
3) Co-marketing– Leveraging co-marketing efforts to grow product/services
4) Outsourced team– Managing outsource team and monitor outsource team progress and reporting to HOD


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

JobRequirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese as you are require to liaise with Chinese speaking association/merchants, customers etc.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Candidates with F&B l background preferred
