Job Description
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

You are responsible for the following:
1) Develop and implement HR strategy for manpower planning and further shape the HR function and our organisation's brand
2) Assist in the execution of business expansion plans; Work directly with management, to identify top people priorities and supporting initiatives with a focus on culture and employee engagement
3) Deliver a high level of professional customer services to customers
4) Provide HR support in functional areas and oversee performance management process to include goal setting, performance reviews as well as coaching managers on process and communication
5) Assist in planning for company events.
