Job Description

Full Time Admin and Course Consultant



5 days a week

able to work on weekends

Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm

Location: Fu Lu Shou Complex (Walking distance from Bugis MRT)

 

Responsibilities: 

Perform filing, data entry and administrative duties

Maintain proper documentation

Manage walk-in, email, call-in enquiries

Assist students with course registrations

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O Level

Good verbal and written communication skills

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin

Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Excel

Self-driven, disciplined and able to work independently and in a fast paced environment

Able to start work immediately if shortlisted
