Job Description

Training will be provided and the job is a 5 day week (Mon - Fri) with office hours that are 9am - 6pm.

Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience and pays up to $2,500 .

 

Job Description

· Conduct outbound calls to customers to assist and updates customers .

· Maintain a high level of customer care and satisfaction with good and professional communication skills.

 

Job Responsibilities

· Respond promptly to and record details of customer enquiries

· Handle and resolve issues raised by customers and record details of actions taken

· Escalate requests and unresolved issues to management

 

Requirements

· GCE 'N’ / 'O' level/ Dip holders

· Good written and verbal communication

· Energetic, customer-centric oriented and positive mindset

· Enjoy interacting with internal and external partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
