Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Provide general accounting support
Preparation of bank reconciliations
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable management
Administering all documentation in accordance with the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors
Verify, process, and data entry of staff expense claims and reimbursement
Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects
Requirements
Relevant educational qualifications in Finance/Accounting or related major
Strong administration skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
